Samantha Stollenwerck – Singer, Songwriter and Humanitarian

When Laurel Holloman began twittering she introduced a few of her musician friends, whose music she recommended to her fans. One of them was a California-born, free-spirited, inspirational singer Samantha Stollenwerck. She calls her music “CaliSoul”, which is an unforgettable blend of R&B, soul, blues and rock-n-roll.
Music is not the only passion that Samantha pursues. She’s doing a lot of charitable work and volunteers with several organizations. On April 7, Samantha organized a concert at Harvelle’s in Santa Monica to benefit SYRV and Surfrider Foundation.
I attended that concert to support Samantha’s efforts to raise money and to hear her live, because I really enjoyed both of her albums. Visit Samantha’s website for more information.
