Fall 2012-2013 TV Schedule – Pilot Season and Upfronts
This year there are about 90 new pilots that had been fighting for the slots on the five major networks and the themes of those shows are varying from supernatural to period dramas, from remakes and prequels (though those didn’t work really well for the 2011-2012 similar pilots, like Charlie’s Angels) to fairytales and cults.
So far only the NBC and FOX networks had finalized their fall schedules and as soon as all the networks will be ready with their announcements, I will introduce each network schedule and the new pilots in separate segments.
For now, here is the information about renewed and cancelled shows from the previous seasons. I was happy to find out that my favorite show has been renewed and, though some cancellations and renewals had been surprising, most of them are fairly predictable. Check this out to see if your favorite shows made it.
